I've actually met a lot of girls who are not fans of turtlenecks, while me on the other hand loves them. They keep me warm and I think covering the neck with a cute bob is sexy. Turtlenecks are great for bib necklaces!! This is a very simple outfit, pretty much any color would go with these black slacks. I have 3 of these turtlenecks from Target (brown, black, and maroon), I'm on a mission to obtain some more before the weather gets warm again!
