I stopped in one during the summer for a car power plug for the iphone as i was traveling. they had only 1 generic one for almost $40! I walked to kmart next door and chose out of 3 kinds and bought a car and home plug charger for $20.
I do. Bought a sd card two weeks ago and headphones this past Sunday. Only one in the store both times so...

They banned songs like Lucy in the Sky and Ticket to Ride... (not to mention Metallica's Seek and Destroy) because the songs reminded people of the event.
I worked in radio at the time. That list was fake.

I asked for evidence and I showed you some of mine Apple OC.
Did you simply skip over the articles that I excerpted and linked to?

No, You can run OS X on non Macs but not legally under the EULA because currently Apple only sells OS X as an OEM with it's hardware or as an upgrade for systems that already come with a Mac OS.
So what. You can buy an upgrade package of winXP and install it on any computer well over 5 years old that had win98 installed on it. You didn't need to install WinMe, Win NT, or Win2000.
You are legally only allowed to install the stand alone OS X 10.4 software on systems that originally came with the Mac OS. It's an upgrade.
Yes, the point is that Apple is trying to prevent people from running OS X on non-Mac computers. End of story.

I just received my Mac Pro and started opening it up to see how it was put together. I wanted to know what parts Apple used. A Sony super drive and a Seagate SATA hard drive. I am adding pictures as I take them. More than what I posted before.
http://digg.com/apple/More_Take_apart_pictures_of_the_Mac_ProThanks.
Looks like TWO display adapters instead of the usual ONE. Can you tells us what each are please?

If CorvusCamenarum's theory is correct, white people better shape up! No more whining, no more excuses. Diminish funds for white people and expand them for black people.

This is the way HDR should always be done; not too extreme. Very nice. I love it.
Thanks but it isn't HDR. :)
Canon 35mmf/2.0 lens on 7D
Single shot
ISO 100
f/6.3
13 seconds long.
Adjusted the white balance, recovery, and fill in post and that's it. Liked it too much to muck around with it. :D

I'm not fooling anyone. I live in California. I know what its like to be price gouged for everything cost of living wise. I am very lucky to be able to afford the lifestyle. I would have no problem paying a 10-15% premium for a product made here, that is supported here, and helps develop my community.
Your community? You are a factory worker and make $7/hr?
These comments are so unrealistic. NIMBY ought to be the new nickname for the USA.

When you're married, it's a partnership, and it's no longer a case of "your money" and "her money", but a case of "OUR" money. Once responsibilities are out the way, then personal purchases can be looked at, but unless you're in a job where you have a LOT of disposable income far in excess of what's required to pay the mortgage and many bills, then yes it's only right you make sure you have the money to go out and buy a gadget which, most of the time, only you will use.
Spot on!

Supposedly because apple said "please, please, pretty please dont"
Then how is it an 'in-your-face-you-smug-apple-using-retards'?
Why would these "blackhats" be listening to Apple, particularly when they appear to have an axe to grind?

It was ONE question, not a first and a second one. Whatever somebody answers to only the second half of it, is totally meaningless as long as the answer to the first half is not "yes".
Are you saying that white people are just as likely to commit gun crime Question one. No, I'm not saying whites are as likely to commit a gun crime. I have no idea if that is true or not.
but black people are more likely to get charged (no pun) with it? Yes, black people are statistically more likely to be charged with a gun crime.
On top of that, the question you did not ask, was about convictions, and the rate of convictions is higher for blacks.
As for applying this to the UK, Rovex, you may be correct. I'd have to research that.
(edit) This is a minor offense, but there is a concern that this same type of disproportionate charging and conviction carries over to more serious offenses. Link - Newspaper (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-405701/Black-people-likely-charged-cannabis-offences.html)

I would suggest that Apple implement some quality control for their MacBook line, but we all know what happens when they do. ;)
Because better quality control would have caught a hardware design error that doesn't happen to every MacBook and took 3 months (and several hundred thousand sold) to become prevalent?
The MacBook Pro and MacBook are Apple's first two attempts at notebooks using an entirely new architecture inside (Intel). Add to that the entirely new everything else that the MacBook got, and frankly I'm impressed that the RSS and case discoloration have been the only two issues.

Parabns Brasil. Mais crescimento financeiro.
Not only good for Brazil, it's good for anyone buying electronics made by Foxconn and a good trend.
Manufacturing needs to re-globalize. China has taken on too much. Brazil and India need to get in the game and compete.
And remember -- US Companies are the primary people using these services. Microsoft would not have succeeded at X-Box, and Apple wouldn't have hit the price points for iPod/iPhone/iPad with out this type of off-shore low cost assembly business.
Basically, it's not a zero sum game. Wealth is being created all along the production chain.

That's a really dangerous way of looking at it. It's much better to have three sets of money -- our money, my money, and your money. Preferably in separate bank accounts. In a situation like you sketch, usually one or the other spouse ends up doing most of the purchases with the communal chest, and that can lead to conflict when the other one wants to get something for himself.
Kids have pocket money, which they can spend as they see fit -- adults should have at least some money that is unquestionably theirs as well. It's a lot easier to agree, once, that M and F's personal entertainment budgets are $n per month, than it is to agree that this september, we'll get a couch, and then maybe in january we'll get an ipad, etc... Budgetting and saving apply on that level as well as the communal property level.
"Dangerous" ... this is junk talk. Who have you been listening to that suggests this? My wife and I have been married 12 years and have shared the same bank account that whole time, no separate accounts. (Jesus, what a nightmare to keep track of!) We've never once had a conflict about spending like you suggest we should. Why? because we live as WeegieMac does, the poster you're ripping on. We have respect for each other and our mutual needs as well as our individual desires. And we make sacrifices when we need to - both of us. Most of the responses in here act like marriage is a competition to see who can get what, or who can sneak this or that past their spouse. It's just shameful. What a tiring life that must be.

I'm guessing you mean 3Gbps...
Apple likes firewire, they made it. eSATA is nice, but you can't daisy chain the drives. That's why I like firewire so much.
I meant 3000 Mbps, thanks for pointing out the typo.
